Current Weight: Starting Weight (here after referred to as S. Current weight will be tracked as S minus 2, S minus 4, etc. It simply means starting weight minus 2 pound, etc.)
Basics to Remember… Meals every few hours, include protein with each meal. Water. Whole grains.
Weekly Goals:
1. No pop, excite diet on the weekend
2. Water like crazy, 2 – liters a day
3. Eggs in the morning (eggs are a great source of protein for the a.m.)
4. One sweet a day… self explanatory…
5. Write it down (This was KEY when I was working with Marci. If you don’t write it down, you can’t fix anything!)
6. Figure out an exercise plan by next Wednesday.
