Doctor’s orders…
1. Stay off as much as possible (three kids, vbs, sure…)
2. Motrin/Advil… check!
3. Ice
4. Elevate
5. Brace (uncomfortable as the dickens)
6. E-rays (check…painless)
7. Come back on Tuesday…
